MEET ANDREW
I was born and raised in New Jersey. My mom’s family ran a highway diner. Both of my grandfathers served in World War II, one was a fighter pilot shot down in enemy-occupied territory — he survived there for nearly a year before being rescued. My dad followed in his footsteps, attending the U.S. Air Force Academy and becoming a military pilot.

New Jersey public schools helped me get to Harvard Law School — the first person in my family to become a lawyer. I served as a federal and state prosecutor in Newark and Jersey City.
Then I went to the Attorney General’s Office and used what I saw in the courthouse every day to make the justice system more effective. I designed a public safety program from scratch, pairing mental health workers with police officers to respond to emergency crisis calls as a unit -- called ARRIVE Together. It’s now operating in every town in Union County, as well as dozens more across the state.
My wife Ellen is also a prosecutor — but some still consider us a fun couple. We have two beautiful kids: Jack and Maeve. I am running for the Assembly because I want to help solve problems and protect the future for my son and daughter and for families across the 21st District and New Jersey. Please join me.
